TOUR COSTS INCLUDE :
- Airport transfers and surface transport as per itinerary;
- Hotel accommodation (in twin share rooms) for duration
of tour;
- All meals (fixed breakfast, lunch & dinner)
while in Bhutan;
- Services of English speaking guide;
- All sightseeing tours, including entrance fees
as per itinerary;
- Trekking arrangements with guide, porters, camping
and permits;
- Airfares are extra as shown separately.
DOES
NOT INCLUDE :
- Airport tax (in Kathmandu Rs 600 & Paro N600),
- Bhutan visa cost (US$20) payable at the entrance
point to Bhutan,
- Tips to guides, restaurants, hotel lobby porters,
trek staff, etc.;
- Bottled/alcoholic drinks, room service, al a cart
meals, etc.;
- Any services in Nepal/India and other expenses of
a personal nature.
- Photography charges (if and when applicable);
BOOKING
CONDITIONS for Bhutan Tours/Treks :
In order to confirm a tour to Bhutan the following
conditions apply:
- 50% of tour cost to be sent by a bank transfer at
the time of booking of tour.
- Balance 50% at least 30 days prior to arrival in
Bhutan.
- Passport details are required at least 30 days
in advance to apply for Bhutan visa well in time.
Once we have your agreements for the tour and cost
we will send you instructions for sending the advance
payment by bank transfer.
PRE
DEPARTURE INFORMATION
Once your trek / tour / raft trip is confirmed we will
send you our detailed Pre Departure Information which
includes a list of recommended clothing and personal
equipment along with many other relevant information
to help you prepare for your trip. Later after your
arrival we will conduct a detailed briefing to make
sure that you are well prepared for your trek, raft
trip or other adventures that you will embark on.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE for Bhutan Treks/Tours:
We require a 50% advance payment by bank transfer in
order to confirm a trek/tour. Balance 50% to be paid
30 days in advance of arrival in Bhutan also by a bank
transfer. We do not accept credit cards or personal
checks for the balance payment. Once we have your agreements
for the tour and cost we will send you instructions
for sending the advance payment by bank transfer.
AIR SEATS TO BHUTAN
Please note that space on flights in an out of Bhutan
is very tight, specially during the tourist seasons,
therefore we would like to suggest that you work on
your dates for your flights AS SOON AS POSSIBLE and
send request for air seats. FYI: Last fall many potential
travelers had to cancel/postpone their trips to Bhutan
because they could not secure air seats in time.
